A1FED Awarded FHA Asset Sales Compliance Analytics Contract by HUD

A1Fed Incorporated (A1FED) announced it has been awarded the Asset Sales Compliance Analytics contract by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Under the contract, A1FED and its partner, SP Group, will provide analytics and monitoring services in support of HUD’s Federal Housing Administration (FHA).

Data analytics, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and asset disposition support

The FHA insures mortgage loans for first-time buyers, lower-income Americans, and healthcare facilities to expand access to housing and critical infrastructure. The Office of Asset Sales (OAS) coordinates sales of single-family, healthcare, and multifamily mortgage notes insured by the agency. OAS protects FHA insurance funds and supports housing market stability through the efficient and transparent disposition of government-held assets.

Under this award, the A1FED team will deliver:

  • Asset disposition risk assessment analytics
  • Pre-sale compliance and bidder qualification reviews
  • Reports on potential impacts of proposed or pending regulatory updates on OAS operations
  • Breach analysis and financial cure reporting
  • “We are proud to extend our work helping protect FHA insurance funds by strengthening asset sales oversight through data analytics,” said Anuradha (Anu) Atreya, President of A1FED. “This effort also contributes to expanding sustainable homeownership opportunities and supports the long-term sustainability of FHA’s self-funded insurance programs.

A1FED is a woman-owned small business providing IT support, application development, data management and analytics, AI/ML solutions, education and training, and ServiceNow support to federal agencies.
