Our President, Anu Atreya, founded A1FED in 2013 to provide support to federal financial systems. When her clients asked her to support other areas of business, she grew A1FED into an IT services firm providing full life cycle support.
Anu holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Accounting degree from Bangalore University and prior to founding A1FED worked at IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton.
She used her financial and systems background to build a track record of successes integrating federal shared service provider (SSP) offerings and supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations.
Anu has led successful contracts with the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS), Labor (DOL), Defense (DoD), and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as well as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Her work has supported The American Red Cross, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), E*TRADE, and Higher Education Institutions.
