A1FED Awarded Research Task by Naval Postgraduate School

A1Fed Incorporated (A1FED) has been awarded a research task by the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Department of Physics to support unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV) studies at its Monterey, California campus. The order was issued under the NPS Research and Education Support (RES) contract.

A1FED. Bridging the gap between today's technologies and tomorrow's successes.

A1FED will conduct research and analysis of UUV feasibility, design optimization, and performance. The work includes development of optimized geometries, operational protocols, technical recommendations, and delivery of data analysis, scientific reports, and publishable research.

This award builds on A1FED’s prior support to NPS in microbial fuel cell experimentation and technical analysis, and further demonstrates the company’s capabilities in research and emerging technologies.

“A1FED is proud to support NPS in advancing next-generation capabilities,” said A1FED President Anu Atreya. “Our work in applied research and data analysis supports the Navy’s mission to enhance warfighting effectiveness and strengthen national security.”

A1FED is a woman-owned small business providing IT services, application development, data management and analytics, AI/ML solutions, education and training, and ServiceNow support to federal agencies.
