Gilda Carter Joins A1FED as Vice President of Operations
A1Fed Incorporated (A1FED) is proud to announce that Gilda Carter has joined as Vice President of Operations. Her dedication to excellence and leadership skills have led to repeat customer engagements for over 3 decades.
Prior to joining A1FED, Gilda served as Program Manager at Government CIO (GCIO). Her efforts steadily expanded the Federal customer base through five company acquisitions and mergers.
Gilda holds an MBA from Longwood University with a specialty in Data Analytics. She started her career as a mainframe programmer and has led program portfolios providing software development, operations and maintenance (O&M), data analytics, and data management.
